November is Generation Texas Month. Generation Texas Week is November 14-18.
We will celebrate the week with college and career activities such as college fairs, recruiting visits, college application drives, and FAFSA drives. Counselors and our college advisor will also focus on helping seniors complete college applications on Go Apply Texas and financial aid applications through FAFSA.
All AISD Schools will participate in the following dress-up-themed days for the week.
- Monday, Nov. 14: College Spirit Day — Wear a college shirt or college colors.
- Tuesday, Nov. 15: Go Wild for Education — Wear camo or animal print.
- Wednesday, Nov. 16: Dress for Success — Dress for the career path of your choice.
- Thursday, Nov. 17: Your Future is Bright — Wear bright or neon colors.
- Friday, Nov. 18: Hats off to College — Wear a hat and school spirit shirt
